Read carefully through the Terms and Conditions. Most questions that will be asked can be answered there.
Remember that transit times will vary with season, and your particular pickup and destination. Working with the carrier can speed up this process.
Advise us of any type of modification or special need for your vehicle. Oversize tires, lift kits, camper shells, convertible tops, extra long units, etc. need to be noted on the Load Sheet for proper transit.
Read carefully all directions as to antennas, loose exterior parts on the vehicle, what can be left inside and who is liable for these items. The carrier’s insurance will not cover any items left inside. This is done at your own risk. Some items cannot be left at all due to Federal Law.
Your or someone designated by you must be available at pickup and delivery to inspect the vehicle with the carrier, note any damages and sign the Bill of Lading. This must be done before the driver leaves.
Our carriers are fully insured and bonded. Their insurance will cover any damage to the unit in shipment that is caused by the carrier. Please note the exceptions in the Terms and Conditions.
You will be liable for any damage caused by parts coming loose from your vehicle or leaks from any fluids on your vehicle that damage another vehicle on the load.
You should receive a call 12 to 24 hours before pickup of your vehicle. It is important that you try to work with the carrier. These trucks are not able to get into residential areas so you may have to meet the carrier at a nearby parking lot or truck stop in a commercial area. Please be ready to make arrangements to do so.
Make sure that we have phone number(s) that will enable the carrier to reach someone at different times of the day on either end.
Relax and leave the driving to us! We assure prompt and careful service for the delivery of your vehicle.
