I wanted to thank you for what you did to help me and my family during our time of need. Our brand new Chrysler 300 Limited was being delivered by your company and was damaged by no fault of you nor anyone in your company, it was a freak accident and you took full responsibility and paid to have it fixed. As well as that, you helped my family in a real time of need by letting us use the money we were to pay you for transporting our vehicle and rent a vehicle for the time ours was in the shop being fixed. I have been in the middle east for almost two years and was in the middle of a family transfer from Hawaii to Mississippi with my wife and four children. All this going on and Thanksgiving at our door step. I have a lot to give thanks for, even though I didn't have a big dinner or even turkey to eat we had each other and I made it home safely. We ate ham sandwiches on Thanksgiving in the little Navy hotel we were staying at and were happy that we had transportation during our time of need. Now, everything is fixed with one minor detail to go but I can deal with the shop on that and I just wanted to tell you "Thank you".

PS Your drivers were VERY courteous, called and advised they were in-bound... all worked really well, believe me we have had dealings with haulers before, not nearly as smooth!!
